Service providers subscribe to OKKG to access leads, bookings, and visibility. The subscription is non-refundable, except in specific, qualifying scenarios outlined below.

1.1 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Voluntary cancellation after payment.
  • Dissatisfaction due to low customer demand in your area.
  • Technical issues caused by outdated devices, connectivity, or user error.

 

1.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios
A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • Platform failure: If OKKG fails to deliver the promised features (e.g., listing not visible, app errors persisting beyond 7 days).
  • Accidental duplicate charge
  • Subscription auto-renewal refund request made within 3 days of renewal.

All refund requests must be sent to support@okkgservice.com with:

  • Transaction ID
  • Business registration details
  • Reason for the refund

 

1.3 Refund Processing

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are not issued in cash.
