Service providers subscribe to OKKG to access leads, bookings, and visibility. The subscription is non-refundable, except in specific, qualifying scenarios outlined below.
1.1 Non-Refundable Cases
- Voluntary cancellation after payment.
- Dissatisfaction due to low customer demand in your area.
- Technical issues caused by outdated devices, connectivity, or user error.
1.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- Platform failure: If OKKG fails to deliver the promised features (e.g., listing not visible, app errors persisting beyond 7 days).
- Accidental duplicate charge
- Subscription auto-renewal refund request made within 3 days of renewal.
All refund requests must be sent to support@okkgservice.com with:
- Transaction ID
- Business registration details
- Reason for the refund
1.3 Refund Processing
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds are not issued in cash.
